Your hormones change to prepare your body for delivery. Sometimes it can cause diarrhea or just stimulate your bowels causing more frequent bowel movements in general.

You will know the difference lbs but when I was pregnant with my first my doctor told me a way to tell was to take a Tylenol and a Benadryl and if the pain doesn't go away it was labor because I had a high tolerance pain level... But I felt the real thing
