Feeling Warm

Braxton Hicks Contractions: Practice contractions help prepare your body for labor by softening the cervix and improving blood flow to the placenta.

Swelling: Fluid retention can lead to swelling in the feet and ankles as your body adjusts to the demands of pregnancy.

Others

Insomnia and Exhaustion: Hormonal changes, physical discomfort, and pregnancy anxiety can contribute to difficulty sleeping.

Emotional Rollercoaster: Pregnancy anxiety is common as the anticipation of labor and delivery builds, along with concerns about baby preparations.
Your body is getting ready for labor. Trust in the natural process.

Is it normal?
Insomnia Causes: Hormonal fluctuations, discomfort, frequent bathroom trips, and anxiety contribute to sleep disturbances. Relaxation techniques, herbal teas, and consulting your doctor can help manage insomnia.

Braxton Hicks Contractions: These practice contractions are a normal part of pregnancy, but watch for signs of labor, such as regular and painful contractions or vaginal bleeding.

Swelling Management: Elevate your feet, stay hydrated, and monitor swelling for sudden changes or severity. Consult your doctor if you have concerns.

Addressing Anxiety: Connect with your support system, avoid caffeine, use positive affirmations, explore aromatherapy, prioritize rest, and seek professional help if anxiety becomes overwhelming.
