Pelvic Pain

Canal Carpien

Pelvic Pain: Sharp pains in the pelvic area are common as your baby descends into the pelvis, putting pressure on nerves.

Others

Sensitive Gums and Loose Teeth
:
Pregnancy gingivitis can cause gum sensitivity and looseness due to hormonal changes.

Hemorrhoids and Constipation: Increased pressure on the digestive system can lead to constipation and hemorrhoid flare-ups.

Decreased Hunger: Reduced appetite is normal as your growing baby occupies more space in your abdomen.
Your body is preparing for the final stretch. Stay well-hydrated and informed about the birth process.
International Journal of Gynecology and Obstetrics
Is it normal?
Oral Health Changes: Bleeding gums and loose teeth are temporary effects of hormonal shifts and increased blood flow to the gums. Maintain good dental hygiene and consult your dentist for check-ups.

Pelvic Discomfort: Lightning crotch sensations result from your baby's descent into the pelvis, signaling the body's preparation for labor.

Digestive Challenges: Constipation and hemorrhoids are common due to pressure on the digestive tract. Stay hydrated, consume fiber-rich foods, and consider over-the-counter remedies for relief.

Appetite Fluctuations: Feeling less hungry is expected as your baby grows, occupying more space in your abdomen. Aim for smaller, nutrient-dense meals and snacks throughout the day to meet your nutritional needs.

31w+2d I feel huge! Getting induced at 37 weeks, 2 days after Christmas!! After not having a baby in 8 years everything feels brand new. I’m so excited and scared at the same time. 😬😊 Anyone else have a big gap in between babies? Also it’s my 4th child 3rd boy 😆

When did y’all start having pelvic pain? I’m 33w and been having it since 31w… Is this how it’s going to be the rest on my pregnancy?? Sometimes it becomes hard to stand or going on steps bc it’s so painful.
