What's happening right now?
Why's it So Hot in Here?
Feeling like a human furnace?
Blame it on hormones and your amazing metabolism!
Pregnancy hormones can make you feel hotter than usual, and your metabolism is working overtime to nourish your growing baby.
Belly Button Blues? Relax!
Surprised to see your belly button sticking out?
This is totally normal!
As your uterus expands, your innie might become an outie.
It's just a temporary side effect – your belly button should return to its original form after birth.
Pelvic Pain? Here's Why:
Pelvic pain during pregnancy is common.
Your growing baby puts pressure on your pelvic bones and joints, while pregnancy hormones loosen them for flexibility.
This flexibility can sometimes lead to discomfort. If the pain is mild, it's likely nothing to worry about. However, if the pain is intense or concerns you, call your doctor.
Top asked questions
When will my breasts start producing milk?

What is the best sleeping position during pregnancy?
Sleeping on your left side is considered the best position during pregnancy to improve blood flow to the baby and uterus.
What is preeclampsia, and am I at risk?
It is a serious pregnancy complication that can cause high blood pressure and damage to organs. Your doctor can check your risk and suggest appropriate screening.
What can I do to prevent stretch marks?
Keep your skin hydrated with moisturizing creams, stay hydrated, and maintain a healthy weight to help prevent stretch marks.

But let's be honest, it can also come with some bumps (literally!) in the road.
As your body changes, here are some tips to help you navigate this week:
Cool Comfort, Chic Style:
Who says comfort can't be stylish?
Embrace flowy maxi dresses and loose tops to stay cool and rock your pregnancy glow.
Belly Band to the Rescue:
The belly band is your new best friend!
This superhero offers support for your growing belly, eases pressure on your belly button, and empowers you to take on the world (comfortably!).
Prenatal Yoga: Your Relaxation Reset Button:
Feeling pelvic pain? Prenatal yoga is your answer!
It helps reset your muscles, relieves discomfort, and leaves you feeling as relaxed as a sloth.
Hydration is Key:
Drink plenty of water!
It keeps you cool, aids digestion, and benefits your overall health.
Easing Pelvic Pain:
Listen to your body!
Avoid lifting heavy objects and take breaks from standing for long periods.

I’m 21w+4days still no baby movement and the past few days I have been well enough. Am I just freaking out or it is normal? My next appointment is on Dec 27 🥲🥲
This is my first pregnancy and I didn’t actually start feeling baby movement until 25 weeks or so. Don’t stress you’ll get to enjoy those kicks and punches soon ❤️
