So I’m 8 wks pregnant and just had a ultrasound the other day. They told me I won’t have another ultrasound until 20 wks! 😩😭 how am I going to be able to wait three months to see baby again?? I really want to get another ultrasound at like 13 or 14 wks just so I know baby is okay. How are you supposed to know how baby is doing during those three months? I can’t use a Doppler at home until I’m about 14 wks . Does anyone know how much ultrasounds are without insurance? Just a regular 2d ultrasound. I just don’t think I can wait a whole three months to see if my baby is doing well. Do they at least check the heartbeat at every OB visit?

So I've been seeing so many of you ladies talk about your first ultrasound being early like a few weeks in. Is that normal? With my last pregnancy I was 3/4 months along when I found out and didn't get my first ultrasound until I was almost 5 months.
