I want to change my prenatal.. any recommendations and could you possibly tell me the benefits you are getting from them

Ok, these morning body aches are unbelievable. I may have to start doing prenatal yoga or see a chiropractor of some sort because this canβt be life. Anyone know of any remedies to relieve body aches and pain? Specifically in my shoulders and neck. Super stiff and tight in the morning and wakes me up throughout the night from the pain when I turn.
