I had horrible nausea and all day sickness from 5 weeks to about 7 or 8 weeks. I’m hitting 11 weeks on Monday and they nausea and morning sickness is back. I threw up a little before clocking out of work and this morning. I ate an orange at work and woke up in the middle of the night to snack on grapes. Neither sat well and now I feel like I’m back to square one. I feel like crap.

Try some dry things like toast or crackers should soak up the nasty in your stomach! Always helped me even if it took me an hour to eat one cracker 🤣

I’ve been drinking fruit smoothies. It seems to be the only thing that doesn’t make me throw up. I keep crackers by my bed for first thing in the morning. They sound nasty but it really does help ease your stomach
