I’m on 12 weeks pregnant but having a hard time sleeping cause I’m so use to sleeping on my stomach., Is that out of the question now
Are you used to sleeping on your stomach and wondering if you can continue to do so now that you are pregnant?
You should know that sleeping on your stomach in early pregnancy is not forbidden and is not dangerous for your baby. You will not hurt your baby, who is protected by the water sac in your uterus.
Whatever position you choose, if your baby feels uncomfortable, he'll let you know. From the second trimester on, this position may become uncomfortable for both of you, so it's best to adopt a position on your back or on your side.
