I have been experiencing numbness in my left leg for two weeks. I know this may be sciatica, but didn’t think it would so soon. Has anybody experienced this early on in pregnancy? I have always had problems with my sciatica, could it just be exacerbated by pregnancy?
Ive never got numb , this is my second baby , but I do currently have my left side glute nerve always acting up when I make certain movements. I’m 17w and 1d. Ask your OB about it .

Just turned 15 weeks pregnant today. This is my first pregnancy and I was just wondering if I’m the only one dealing with severe sciatica??? And if you do, what’s the best tips that have helped you? I’ve tried everything. 😭
Try not to lay on your back for to long always have a pillow behind you when you’re sitting down and I’m not sure if you have a pregnancy pillow yet but that’s gonna help a lot I’m soon gonna get one I literally sleep with a bunch of pillow surrounding me lol

Hi everyone this is my first pregnancy I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with sciatic nerve ? I have it in my left leg and currently I have nothing making it feel better.
I have had sciatica and numerous and other nerve issues. What helped me get rid of my sciatica was swimming because of the low impact it had on my joints and I was more mobile in water. The muscle relaxer I was prescribed didn’t really help and I couldn’t get relief but a couple hours in the pool made a huge impact

Try to see if your insurance will cover massage. If they don't maybe loop hole it and try physical therapy.. I don't have massage covered but if it was done by a physical therapist as part of PT it was... It helped lots my 1st pregnancy.
