Hi ladies, My doctor told me I might have placenta previa if my placenta doesn’t move by week 28 and she said to find out about prenatal yoga classes. Did any of you take a class? How does it work? Do I need like a specific amount of classes? Please help me and take me out of my ignorance. #23weekspreggo

Ok, these morning body aches are unbelievable. I may have to start doing prenatal yoga or see a chiropractor of some sort because this can’t be life. Anyone know of any remedies to relieve body aches and pain? Specifically in my shoulders and neck. Super stiff and tight in the morning and wakes me up throughout the night from the pain when I turn.
