My energy levels are so low since the beginning of my pregnancy. I hardly do nothing because I am sick althroughout this pregnancy. Sometimes i get so anxious and feel so alone that only contributes to it. Feel so weak. #33weeks

Does anyone drink an energy drink a day for an energy boost? I don’t mean like 300+mg but like a sub 200mg can? My energy levels are dying and I’m just trying to figure out how to survive but not harm my baby

I asked my OB about energy drinks bc I used to drink Red Bulls not everyday but often and she said I could drink half a can of a Red Bull a day bc of the caffeine intake being higher with a energy drink! I don’t plan to drink them everyday but atleast I know it’s safe for when I do crave them on the weekend lol
