Pathological leave of absence for pregnancy

In France, if you are experiencing a stressful pregnancy or one with complications, your doctor may prescribe pregnancy leave.

During this leave, take care of yourself! Know that the pregnancy leave:

• Is 14 days (consecutive or not).
• Is in addition to prenatal leave, so you must take it before the 6 weeks preceding the birth.
• Gives you the right to a full salary, taking into account the last 3 months you worked.
• Turns into a sick leave if you really have problematic symptoms and it lasts more than 14 days.
