I don’t want anymore kids . This Post partum is so bad, I take care of my son. I make sure he eats , clothe and clean. But after all that I just feel so down and out of it. I told someone that I just can’t mentally go through another pregnancy and go through this post partum shit again. You know what they told me? “Stop using post partum as an excuse” 😭 like what?

Hang in there mama.!! I can’t imagine what you are going through right now.! Because I have had my son yet.! You are so much stronger than you know.! The fact that you are able to feed him clothe him and clean SPEAKS VOLUMES.!!! It’s females out here who don’t even do half of that.! They out here killing the damn kids because of how real postpartum is.! I pray you begin to find some peace in these next few months.! (Try) to speak positive things and say them out loud even if you don’t see them Happening at the moment even if that’s not how you are truly feeling at the moment.! And see if it helps.! I wish I could just give you a hug and help you out for atleast a week 😩🥺 to give you a mental break.! Keep your head up boo.!!💙💙💙 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 it will get better ❤️‍🩹 sooner than later.! It can’t stay like this forever.! Everything in life has a season.!!

And don’t listen to them damn people talking about using it as an excuse.!! Who tf even plays with postpartum like that.! Nobody.!!! Girl ignore they ass they will see in their own way that depression is real.!! Especially after giving birth.!

I'll be 8 weeks post partum tomorrow. Anyone have any tips for tightening your belly? I have stretch marks which are normal but I'm worried about summer time and bikini season. I have the mom pooch. The right is me today.

I get so lost with the months and weeks . Im almost 17 weeks . But besides that someone post a post Partum list … for mommies I’m getting everything for her and no clue in what i need

The hospital gives you almost everything you need but I would recommend getting the following. The whole Fridamom line is great! -Fridamom upside down peri bottle -Fridamom perineal healing foam -Fridamom cooling pad liners -Bed Liner pads -Snack drawer(get lots of foods containing oats if breastfeeding) -Get a weeks worth of easy to prepare foods unless you have someone that can cook for you. -Big water bottle -Postpartum mood support or stress gummies because baby blues may or may not hit and when/if it does, it hits hard! -Diffuser w/ lavender and orange scents

Sounds totally normal to me! I was the same way I kept complaining to my husband saying why am I still in pain why cant I do the stuff I usually could do! I expected to bounce back right after my first baby but no I'm about 3 weeks PP and I still feel exhausted and pain in certain areas! Depending on the kind of pain your talking about 3 or 4 days PP after vaginal birth sounds pretty normal to me!!
