You got sick while breastfeeding your baby: can taking paracetamol harm your child's health?

  • Paracetamol is not contraindicated during breastfeeding, provided it is used in the doses normally recommended.
  • Among the group of anti-inflammatory analgesic drugs, its components are the least toxic for the baby: its concentration in milk does not exceed 0.23%.
  • As a precaution, it is best to take it right after breastfeeding and avoid prolonged use.
  • Even if there is no risk a priori, talk about it with your general practitioner. You will be less worried about it!

Yes, I just wouldn't spray it on or around your breast area as the baby may have a reaction and u certainly don't want them getting it in their mouth.

Zarbees cough syrup & honey , it contains ivy leaf & honey which is great for baby to take & keep a humidifier on at all times . For you , try a medicine ball I make these when I’m sick you can get it at your local krogers or Walmart Ingredients for you ❤️ hope this helps
