Baby's night-time awakening

Nothing is more normal than an infant who wakes up at night. He is crying out! How can you best manage these night-time awakenings?

  • During the first year of their life, your newborn gradually adapts to sleeping at night.
  • At first, if he wakes up several times a night, it's often because he needs to be fed. Around the sixth month, some children manage to "sleep through the night", but not all.
  • After a year, a safe routine will help them to adopt a normal rhythm. If he wakes up sometimes, wait a few minutes: he will probably fall back asleep on their own.

This bitch that live above me got a rude awakening coming today. One thing about me I donโ€™t like my sleep disturbed. Iโ€™ve been up since 3 am because her big ass stomping and got music on let alone her dog is fuckin running around. So Everytime I hear a thump Iโ€™m jumping up out my sleep. Idk how many noise complaints I gotta make for her to get the memo but she definitely gone see my face today thatโ€™s a fact because this has gone on to damn long. I have the worse headache right now.

Omg ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ I live in an upstairs apartment with a 7 year old hahaha my neighbor downstairs is amazing tho and my kid is well behaved and knows not to run or jump inside and knows to be respectful of people downstairs. He is already gone for work before she gets up for school at 7 so I know he must go to bed pretty early so I make sure she is always aware of others. And I have a surprisingly heavy step for someone my size (5 foot 1, 130 lbs) so I try to walk quiet in the evenings and always ask him when I see him if he can hear us at all. He always says no but I'm still always worried we are too loud up here ๐Ÿ˜‚ having a child in an upstairs unit gives me such anxiety but I'm also grateful I don't live below anyone ๐Ÿ˜‚
