Baby's Changes Overview
Open 3D Baby to see all changes
  • Brain Growth: Rapid brain development is underway, with the baby starting to regulate body temperature more effectively.

  • Breathing Practice: The presence of surfactant in the lungs aids in practicing breathing movements, crucial for lung development.

  • Visual Development: Eyes will soon open, allowing your baby to blink and start responding to light.

  • Memory Development: The hippocampus, responsible for memory, is developing, making it an ideal time for your baby to start recognizing your voice.

  • Physical Appearance: Your baby is looking more like a newborn, with fully formed fingers and toes and increasingly smooth skin.
Your baby is also establishing a routine of sleep and wakefulness, showing recognizable patterns of activity.

O movement almost 24 wks, 1st also. You are lucky. 🪽I heard to hold on & keep positive & that it will be nothing like I ever felt! Is that true? Like emotionally & physically.

I need some advice. I am 25 weeks and normally feel my baby move quite a bit. today, I have felt no movement at all. Should I call my doctor or is this normal at 25 weeks. This is my first so I apologize if I sound over worried.

Baby girl had a HR of 152 and is weighing in at 1lb 5oz at 25 weeks🥰 how much did your babies weigh at 25 weeks ? they’re sending me to a high risk doctor because they said she was measuring small (in the 3rd percentile) and one of her legs was measuring small? Kinda worried but I pray baby girl pulls thru alright🥹🩷

I was just in another post that said the same thing and I was told the same thing… did you go to MFM? Because at this point I just think they are scripting this to us making us worry for no reason just to get a c-section

I bought a baby doppler to help ease my mind. Have you counted kicks yet? My ob said 10 kicks in a 2 hour period(it usually doesn't take the 2 hours) is normal.

I am the same way! My dr said if you are moving around more during the day you lull them to sleep! And if you’re sitting or laying at night they are up and more active!
