FTM: I’ve been going back and forth on just having a c-section and my anxiety is starting to get the better of me… Have any of you just chosen to do this? Was your doctor okay with it as apposed to “natural childbirth”. I’m scared they are going to deny my wishes and make me have a vaginal birth….

I would definitely ask your doctor. I know every doctor is different, but it never hurts to ask ❤️

Normally, there has to be a medical reason to have a c-section. Definitely ask your Dr bc they may make an exception. Good luck 🤞 I hope you get what u want.

I’m at 37 weeks and super excited to meet my baby boy but the anxiety is kicking in way harder than I expected, any coping mechanisms? 🫶🏾 I haven’t had a panic attack since the beginning of my pregnancy and this one was so bad my normal coping mechanisms did nothing smh

I think calm tea and relax scents and i have dr. Teal body wash and usually as soon as i start having aniexty i get up and move my body and get my mond occupied

So does anyone have any tips or like coping skills to quit vaping? I found out I was pregnant at 6 weeks and am now 13. Ice cut back a lot but I can't seem to just quit without getting extreme agitation, mood swings, and oh the anxiety. I'm very depressed, people's comments make it worse, any help would be greatly appreciated ☹️☹️☹️
