How to wash baby bottles properly?
Milk, soups, fruit juices... After each meal, dirt and germs can quickly develop in the bottles, so it is necessary to wash them well and even sterilize them.
- Did you know that your baby is only immune from the third month after birth, it is important to sterilize your baby's bottles after each feeding until she is five months old.
- Sterilization of the disassembled bottle can be done in the microwave, in boiling water, or with an electric sterilizer.
- The bottle should then be reassembled and closed until the next feeding.
- From the age of five months, if sterilization is no longer recommended, the bottle should be washed thoroughly after each use.
- Take it apart and immerse each part (nipple, thread, body, and cap) in hot water containing washing-up liquid.
- Use a brush rather than a sponge to get to the bottom of the bottle and let it air dry upside down.
