I thought 3 trimester was at 28 weeks but this app is saying it's 27 so yay to me being in 3rd trimester

26 weeks today and im really over the pregnancy experience 🙃 Am I the only 1. Im just ready to meet my son at this point and I keep having dreams about running because I can barely walk lol. The 3rd trimester is always scary for me because i get anxiety about falling or having a still born or being attacked 😳 This is my 3rd pregnancy.

Really focus on breathing and visualizing the best outcome. It sounds like there are other deeper parts of yourself you need to confront to help release these fears. It's best to do the work now during your pregnancy. Also if you're able I suggest taking walks or doing prenatal yoga (YouTube) to assist your body and mind to find relaxation and strengthening for the big day. I know it can get rough and I am pregnant with my fifth. I also practice deep meditative breathing and listening to sound bowls when my energy is off. Thank you i walk 4 plus miles 4 plus days a week. Its just really stressful i dont have a car so i walk everywhere or get on the bus. I also live in an upstairs apartment so these stairs are killing me at this point. Im just over it lol

30 weeks and 4 days and when I say I’m tired, no energy, been fatigued and having some anxiety for the past 2 days all I want to do is sleep 3rd trimester has me exhausted

Ok .... 1st trimester I was sleepy with no energy..... 2nd trimester I was not that sleepy with alot if energy..... 3rd trimester I was sleepy with no energy again .... WTF!!!! Lol 😅
