Baby's essential toiletries

In order to take care of your baby's very soft skin, there are certain products that are recommended.

  • To wash your baby's body, you have several options: soap-free body wash, dermatological soap, hypoallergenic soaps, which can be used as shampoo, or cleansing oils.
  • Choose alcohol-free products that contain as few chemicals as possible.
  • You can use saline solution to clean your newborn's eyes and nose.
  • Avoid pre-soaked wipes, most of which contain endocrine disruptors that are harmful to your baby's health.

My doctor said don’t worry about the necessities, but bring anything that’ll help me to feel comfortable.

I brought pj's to wear in the hospital after giving birth, and you'll want a going home outfit for you and baby. Slippers to walk around in.

Someone from my baby shower got me a hospital bag as a gift, they put toiletries, socks, a blanket , hair care , etc , it was the most thoughtful thing I received . I would definitely do this for new mothers from now on. All I have to do is add my clothes, breast pump, shower sandals and small stuff like a charger .

I make hospital baskets for friends and family for part of their baby shower gift. And then I do the regular baby gift. It takes stress away from the mama

Spent $90 on the hospital bag 💼 it was to cute not to grab & it’s huge buuuuutttt everything is in there … diapers, bby wipes, neck pillow for baby, stuff animal, bby lotion&shampoo, thermostat & tools, my toiletries(feminine wipes, body loaf, body wash, tooth paste, tooth brush, mouth wash, pair of bedroom slippers & socks) …. What can I eliminate? I still haven’t packed my new vape(I been dying to vape)🤭baby clothing, pads, bottles, binky, blankets,my go home clothes or any of my bby daddies stuff(he should probably pack is own bag w/ his own ish) I think I packed things I don’t need honestly. Like the pack of diapers can probably be taken out. With my 1st child I remember them giving me a pack of diapers 🤔 this is my 1st getting to pack a baby bag. Last pregnancy 4 years ago they called ambulance to pick me up from dr appt 24 weeks … I’m EXCITED 😆 🌷

I think when I get ready to pack my hospital bag for labor and delivery.. I think I’m going to go the Dollar tree to get my toiletries like deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap etc. If y’all have any suggestions for me let me know.. but Walmart IS too high to get the things I need.

I’m 32 weeks and thinking about packing mine and the baby’s bag I know every hospital is different and provides you with different things so I’m wondering if anyone could send me a list or even just a few things they think I should pack for me and baby boy they said he might be small I’m being induced at 37 weeks and as of now the last time he was weighed he was only measuring at 2 pounds 14 ounces so I’m not sure if I should bring premie and newborn stuff or just one or the other he’ll be weighed twice more before I’m induced I’m hoping for a natural birth and I want to try breastfeeding I also have no idea what to bring for myself except toiletries and clothes also if breastfeeding doesn’t work or I’m not a fan I will be bottle feeding so any tips and or comments on what to bring and not to being I’d really appreciate

Anyone packing hospital bags? Or PP and familiar with the necessities? I don't want to over pack so, so far I have: -Toiletries-shampoo/body wash/toothpaste etc -2 pairs button down pj's/socks/slippers -going home outfit (sweats/tshirt) -adult diapers -nipple pads just in case -charger, makeup, meds (heartburn/stool softener/Prep H) Anything else you guys can think of? Am I missing anything? IDK what to do to keep myself busy during labor, but I feel like a phone is good.. &i have no idea how many outfits/pj's I need for me or baby, but I feel like I'll be in a hospital gown most of the time so I don't need much, right?

Baby needs an outfit to wear home and about 2-3pjs..it depends cause some people are allowed to go home the next day or stay up to 3 days. But whatever you don't have or in need of the hospital will give you

Before I got pregnant I used to hate using public bathrooms now I think that every public place that I go to I have to use the bathroom lol. This baby is definitely sitting on my bladder
