Baby's nap at 4 months

At four months of age, not only does your baby still need a lot of sleep, but naps are vital to him!

  • During this phase, your newborn is gradually shifting their sleeping hours from daytime to nighttime, but still gets an average of 14 hours of sleep a day.
  • At this age, your child needs about three naps a day, spread out over the day, and their length varies greatly from one baby to another.
  • Gradually establish a regular bedtime routine that will ensure regular sleep in the future!

Baby won’t nap unless she is held. As soon as we put her down she wakes up. Any tips?

Not my girl she fights all her naps. When she was 5 months she actually started to sleep 1.5 hours it was short lived I'm hoping this will pass and she'll take long naps again
