At what age should I cut my baby's hair?

My baby daddy rubs my feet every time he sees me now lmao. (He’s getting a haircut soon so don’t do his long ass hair and facial hair)

I never have time to take care of myself because of baby, my hair is a mess, I can’t even care for it properly or fast enough so my hair just sticks up, gets knotty and tangled so I’m debating on cutting it all off and dying it purple before daddy brings baby back. It’s just hair after all.
