Passed my glucose test 🙌🏿 but I have low iron which I already knew. Good thing my numbers are just below the normal values. I'm just gonna start eating iron rich foods for the remainder of this pregnancy. We healthy and happy here. 12 weeks and im done w this pregnancy

You can do fruit smoothies idk if you like almond milk you can add that on and also add yogurt if you want and oatmeal if you like that type of stuff meals you can do light meals like pasta salads or meat wraps with vegetables

Welp guess I'll be taking the horse pill prenatal vitamins the doc prescribes until I can find some gummies that have iron in them. And the correct amount of iron. I read somewhere that during pregnancy a mother's iron intake should be 27mg. The gummies I found only had 2mg per serving. They trying to overdose me.

I need enough iron too.. I sure had my doctor prescribe mines too instead of the overcounter to make sure I get enough iron .. also the right herbal teas will help naturally..
