Where do pregnancy cramps hurt?

Is anybody dealing with bad cramps on the side of your belly ? I’m only 13 weeks & I been getting these cramps that don’t go away til like a min later ! They hurt so bad

Nobody talks about those constipation cramps hit 10x harder when pregnant 😭 they hurt so bad rn

I can't explain how I'm feeling. I've been having cramps but no blood and the cramps hurt of course but not so bad to where I think I could be having a miscarriage. Ugh cramps in my lower belly and butt area. I’m 30 weeks 😩. The cramps aren’t like period cramps. They just feel really shocking. Like shocks. Idk how to explain it. It hurt tho.

Does pregnancy cramps and period cramps feel the same? Bc I’ve been cramping for a few hrs and period still hasn’t showed up I’m 2 or 3 days late and I’m cramping where it’s noticeable but nothing has came out yet usually if I cramp this noticeable my period would show up
