When can you take pregnancy test?

I’ll be glad when I can get over this pregnancy fear I be feeling like I have to take a pregnancy test everyday I don’t know why it just gives me assurance I guess

It depends on ur ob . Some say u cane at mine on the other hand told me I couldn’t eat morning of appointment I could only drink water if I was thirsty
