What does watery discharge mean?

I’m 6 weeks today and I just went to wipe and I have light pinkish discharge, what does this mean :(

I’m not bleeding just brownish pink discharge, and the cramps just feel like gas bubbles

Milky watery is pretty normal in-between cycle and ovulation/ovulation to cycle
