What does implantation cramping feel like?

What does Braxton hicks feel like? All day I’ve been having pain in my stomach and back that feels like cramping and tightness. I’m 20 weeks today.

What y’all think? Could this be implantation bleeding? I’m not supposed to start my period for another 4-5 days. Also experiencing some light cramping, fatigue and some nausea.

9dpo and I'm having mild cramping. It sucks that implantation cramping and PMS cramps feel the same. Your body is always trying to tell you something, but you never really know what it is🤷🏾‍♀️

Has anyone experience bleeding at 5 weeks? Like a urgent to pee and go to bathroom and there was blood? Not cramping or bleeding anymore that I know of. Could it be implantation?

So I just found out I’m pregnant. And I have had no implantation bleeding/spotting I have had like no cramping either. I have two daughters now and for both I had implantation bleeding. Could this end up being an ectopic pregnancy or chemical pregnancy?
