Two positive pregnancy tests but I can't feel the pregnancy what to do?

So I took two tests and there both rlly rlly faint but I can’t tell if the positive

Hello future moms, I'm so sad because I thought I would enter a nice stage of being a first-time mom. I made myself recently take two pregnancy tests and they came out positive but I wanted to do another test to be 100% sure and it came out negative ☹️ I'm very sad

So its been 2 months that my period hasn’t came, but negative pregnancy tests. I try to get tested every week but if not every two weeks. But so far all have been negative, no positive. What is wrong with me 😓

(Before you read on I know the risks of sex before the 6 weeks you do not have to speak on it!) Over a month postpartum and i have two positive pregnancy tests. Left over HCG or am I pregnant again? I talked to a fee drs and they said hcg can last up to 2-3 weeks postpartum but others say different. Anyone else deal with this too and you weren’t pregnant or were you pregnant?

I am still in shock that I am pregnant. For this reason, I took two other pregnancy tests. And yes!!! It says positive. January baby. #beautiful

Is it normal to get 3 positive pregnancy tests and still bleed? I have an appointment, tomorrow, with my OB-GYN.

Hello ☺️👋 I took two pregnancy tests at the end of last month, both were positive 😳. I can't believe I'm going to be more then a cat mom now 😭❤️ It's still really hard to wrap my head around and a part of me is struggling to believe it, though the proof is all there 😮‍💨

So I don't know if I'm the only one here but I took two pregnancy tests, both came back positive, but I'm still paranoid that I'm not pregnant. Can anyone help? It's my first pregnancy
