What to expect during the first trimesters of pregnancy weeks?

first time pregnant wit twins …lol i do not know what to expect i’m still shocked.

These first trimesters cramps 😬😬😬😬 yikes ! & ik it’s only gonna get worse ones I start experiencing Contractions in my later pregnancy trimester 😩🥲

Can't sleep honestly so scared and nervous about being induced this is my first time for everything but honestly so excited. I'm not sure what to expect and with this being my first successful pregnancy I'm even more worried about what could happen. Does anyone have any advice or could tell me what to expect so I'm not so surprised. I can't wait to meet my Lil man. 💙
