Hey everyone! This is my first pregnancy. I’m 6 weeks and I feel like I’m struggling with foods to eat 😩. I’m literally googling everything cause I’m so paranoid. I know the rules like avoid foods high in mercury, cold cuts, some seafood foods, sushi, etc but Im craving ramen noodles. I don’t eat it often and I know there’s no nutritional value in it and it’s high in sodium but Is it okay to eat?
