Thick mucus discharge what does it mean?

OKAAaaY...😵‍💫...My mucus plug came out last night......OMG what does this mean you guys?

ur probably dilated a real little bit. But mucus plugs are tricky, ur plug can come out many times and regenerate over and over again. Bloody show is what u Wana look out for. Mucus plug coming out is just ur body prepping itself for eventual labor. If accompanied by other symptoms then I wud call my doc. UNLESS U HAVE a high risk pregnancy or some kinda complication, I wud call now. Otherwise just let the doc know at ur next appt.

Mucus plug can regenerate itself, it doesn’t mean anything 😩😩 I called my obgyn and they pretty much laughed at me like “you’re not going into labor” I was like oh ok lol.

Your cervix is most likely thinning then should start to dilate , I’m losing my mucus plug little by little at only 34 weeks , it also means soon you’ll go into labor , could be a few days or a few weeks depends when baby is ready

It’s your mucus plug, but keep in mind it could still be weeks or days it just depends. It can also grow back Fingers crossed it’s soon for you 🤞🏼
