How to deal with stomach pain during pregnancy first trimester?

During the second trimester, have any of you experienced bad ligament pain on the sides of your stomach? How do I help ease this pain?

heyy yall i’m Na’riyah, and i’m 10 weeks pregnant did yall ever have stomach pain during your first trimester?

Just felt some pretty intense pain in my stomach, hard to explain how it felt. Not necessarily cramps but maybe like if I needed to have a bowel movement (but I literally just did) or just a stomach ache. Plus nauseous again. Is this normal during second trimester? Currently 15w1day
