Stomach pain cound confirm the pregnancy early?

Has any mama gotten early pains in ur stomach and on one side near the top left of the pelvis it’s not painful it’s just light crampy pain but it’s so light and it keeps coming and going I didn’t have this with my first pregnancy

Will be 4 weeks at 12. My first ultrasound to confirm pregnancy is October 24th 😭 I’m so anxious to see if it’s 1 or more. They say women who can get a positive this early could possibly be carrying twins. 😱

has anyone else experience severe back pain to the point they can’t sleep? early pregnancy. i yesterday i’ve been feeling so sick, stomach ache, throwing up. period isn’t due for like another 4 days

Did anyone experience pelvic pain in early pregnancy like I'm hurting soooo bad its not cramps or my stomach just pelvic area it may be a uti but I had a appointment Wednesday and urine didn't show anything but it hurts really bad

So I’m just wondering . Has anyone had or have slight pain at the top of their stomach during early pregnancy? I am adding stress to myself because every time I feel something I go straight to google.🥴🥴🥴🥴🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ 

So I’ve been feeling sick since yesterday been throwing up and having stomach pains still feeling nauseous and stomach pain my period don’t start until the 28th but we been doing the baby dance right on the dot I know it’s to early to take a pregnancy test what should I do wait it out ?
