Spotting and cramping how to manage them?

Had anyone experienced cramping and spotting at 11 weeks pregnant? I’m a first time mama and my nurse said it’s quite normal and to monitor since I’m not bleeding, just spotting. We did have IC a few days ago 😭

I am 5 weeks and 4 days did anyone else experience on and off cramping with brown spotting? Still trying to find a OB doctor.

I’m only two weeks if I am I’m cramping spotting and my belly is twitching and I feel sick to my stomach when should I take a test

Went to the e.r for the spotting,dizziness and slight cramping due to the hematoma and they did an ultrasound babies heartbeat is 182bpm and in 2 days time the hematoma has already cleared up

Spotting or miscarriage Please let me know I’ve been cramping but it’s goes away I was spotting like this since 3 and now it’s 5:15 should I go to the E.R

Found out that my last grandma passed today… heard my dad breakdown really badly… I’ve been trying to manage my emotions … woke up & I’m spotting … my obgyn has me at 17wks today… should I be concerned? Slight cramping here & there .

So I had lighting spotting before 16th to the 18th , then nothing after that. I had the pre cramping and everything. And I never get. Cramps before my cycle start. After all the spotting I wait two weeks took a test and it came back negative. I'm a little confused. I felt all the butterflies in my stomach and had backache and stomach cramping for days. . #trying to concieve # confused on what else to do.

Unfortunately today I went to the hospital for spotting and cramping. Only to be told that I had a miscarriage is something I never want to hear again . Pray for me my heart hurts.😥😫

I’m scared. (TMI)I went to go piss and I wiped and I saw a little blood. Not a lot. I know spotting is normal but I’m 10 weeks and never ever experienced spotting. I’m cramping a little also. I’m sure everything is fine. I’m probably just overthinking..
