What are the signs of pregnancy when you have irregular periods?

Hey y’all I was on an iud since I was 12 and recently got it out in September of 2023. I still have irregular periods and was told it would be super hard to get pregnant if you have irregular periods. Any help or advice is welcomed in the comments ❤️

Can you still ovulate if you have irregular periods? I only ask because my periods are irregular right now due to having iud taken out july 8. Would it be worth taking ovulation tests daily or do you only ovulate after your period? My last period was July 22 no single of it this month and negative pregnancy tests
