Pregnant but negative test is it possible to be pregnant but negative?

Okay I need some help I took a test day ago and to me it look negative but now I see two line but the second is faint could I be pregnant?

I’ve been nauseous and tired…but I’m scared to take the test because the last one I took said negative an it turned out I was in fact pregnant even the doctors test was negative they never did blood work tho🥹. But it said negative so I kept on with life an miscarried. Am I taking these test to early?

tomorrow i go to the doctor to have it confirmed that i’m pregnant. i’m scared the test will come back negative 😞

I finally went to clinic today but I left because they where taking to long but when I check mychart it say for pregnant test value POSITIVE but normal range say NEGATIVE

So a couple Wednesdays ago I had very light pinkish red spotting and it only lasted a couple hrs so idk if that was implantation bleeding or what but the next day after I took a test and it showed up negative but I’ve been having all the symptoms of pregnancy is it possible to be pregnant and the test have a false negative?
