Pregnancy third month how to know if there was a miscarriage?

I’m 6 weeks today and I have to check for a heartbeat Monday I went to the ER twice because I was spotting thinking it’s that time of the month but there was a baby lol.. I’m so scared I was diagnosed with threatening miscarriage 😭 this is my second pregnancy! Praying to hear a heartbeat Monday!! 🤧

My husband sister had a miscarriage at 4th month it was a girl. Me and her was head to head with the  pregnancy before she had the miscarriage me and her was talking about not feeling the 𝓑𝓪𝓫𝔂 moving. I’m about to be 6 months and nothing should I be nervous 😩 or are boys lazy..

So basically there's no way to know if this is a miscarriage or not so I don't know what to think right now 🤷

Is cramping normal? This is my fourth pregnancy and my third one was a miscarriage. I think I’m just nervous. I can’t tell if it’s cramps or because I’m hungry. Haven’t had an appetite all day.

I had a miscarriage back in February and ended up having to get a D&C and about a month ago I found out I was pregnant but sadly last week I ended up having another miscarriage. Does anyone know what I can do to be healthier? I’m going to continue to take my prenatals but just wondering if anyone has any tips for me? Soooo I'm 18 n this is my third miscarriage. I started bleed after I was eating and I was 4 weeks, 5days. I went to the E.R, they told me that I'm negative on all the blood work and urine test but I have three pregnancy test that came out positive before I went to the er so I'm thinking I had a miscarriage which maybe I did.

OK update my second  after the miscarriage is late I’m two days late all last month right after the miscarriage me and my husband started trying and during my cycle right before my ovulation day all I was doing was spotting during that time after and on top of that my stomach was hard I was nauseous often on I never took a pregnancy test to see if I only miscarried one baby  we thought we might’ve been having twins but I never took a pregnancy test but my period is  two days late  When should I go and take a test? I’m just afraid because my  pee Test always come back negative but blood test comes out positive. Also, I always feel like I have to go to the bathroom whether it’s not morning while I’m at work anything .  Should I wait to see if I get a period later on in the month?  See if my second period in third period don’t show and then take a test? 

Hello, I’m trying to get pregnant well not right now because unfortunately I had a miscarriage today and I had one 6 months ago too, I’m just wonder what there is and if anybody knows how to prevent a miscarriage I’ve been struggling with miscarriages now every time I got pregnant only twice because it was hard to get pregnant too in the beginning, but if anybody knows how to prevent a miscarriage please comment Need help. 😞.

I'm new to this app hi moms and moms to be. I'm 15 weeks pregnant this is my third pregnancy after ten long years I have a ten year old .. I had a miscarriage in 2020 which I believe was due to my blood type which is O negative this pregnancy has been great so far. ❣️

Hey there! Thought I would try this app for tips and suggestions. Me and my husband back in Dec 2021 went threw a miscarriage which happen to be my first pregnancy and broke me to a million pieces. Doctor told me that it was normal for some women to go threw a miscarriage on there first pregnancy and up till a month ago we thought we would try again.
