Positive pregnancy test what to expect during the first week?

Hey guys , so I have my first prenatal visit on 2/5. What should I expect? & would I be able to ask to get the NIPT test done ?

Have anyone got positive pregnancy test and still bled like the first 2 months of your pregnancy? I just want to make sure I'm not the only one
