Positive blood test for pregnancy Should I take another pregnancy test to confirm?

I took one pregnancy test on friday. It was positive within seconds. should I take another one before my doc appointment this Wednesday.

I just took a test Thanksgiving and found out I was pregnant. Next morning took another test to confirm. I'm having light bleeding and I'm scared. Do I go to ER or call the pregnancy center? I haven't even got into the pregnancy center.

Is anyone else paranoid so they take another pregnancy test despite having ultrasounds and fetal Doppler confirm they’re pregnant 😅 Took a test this morning and yep! Still pregnant haha.

My doctor called me back within 30 mins of me telling his nurse I have a positive test, so due to me having a miscarriage in September, I’m giving blood today and have to give blood every 48 hours to see if my levels are rising or declining to confirm pregnancy
