Pain relief post cesarean sectionwhile breastfeeding what to do?

Ladies epidural or no epidural? I am going to try my hardest to not to get it. I've had 3 already and I believe my back is extremely sensitive because of it. Any tips for pain relief?

I'm due in January but having a cesarean. Any pointers or things to pack at hospital

anyone every try the AZO Urinary Pain Relief? i have a UTI i’m trying to get it under control before it gets worse.

I already know I’m going to have to adhere to yet another cesarean, but I hope they offer the pain pump this go round, it helped so much last time & you’re not being pumped with narcotics… Will def be asking at my appointment this week.

😩These last two days have been full of headaches. I’m 11 weeks along and scared to take pain meds since all these advertisements about effects pain meds as simple as Tylenol may have on a developing fetus. Any suggestions on what to take for fast relief?

Is this true.....they schedule me 8-9 hours days and my feet hurt so much all the time. What can I do to help with the pain, even if it's just a little bit of relief?
