Negative pregnancy test but no period and cramping Am I pregnant?

I had miss my period four days ago and yesterday I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I been feeling cramping, headache, nausea and using the bathroom a lot. So I am going to wait a couple days to take another pregnancy test #missedperiod #negativepregnancytest

I normally start my period with full blown red blood. This time I’m spotting pink for two days and cramping way more than usual. My nipples are on fire and tingly but negative pregnancy test. Anyone else experience this and still end up being pregnant?

I’m trying to have a July baby I got my period on the 4th of October had sex the week leading up to ovulation and on ovulation day and I am 13 DPO took a test and it came back negative but I’ve been having positive pregnancy test dreams no period symptoms because usually a week before my period I would feel serious cramping in my lower stomach and now I’m having backaches, serious hunger, headache on and off breast tenderness, nausea, fatigue and my period is due on the 2nd somebody help me understand.

No period yet I had a miscarriage a month ago and we've been actively trying and I have pcos. But I'm getting cramps at I'm thinking it's just my period but we will see. Took a pregnancy test but negative.

On my app it says if I’m pregnant I’m 8 weeks but pregnancy test negative and still no period 🤦🏾‍♀️ I’m just frustrated at this point my ovulation test was positive on the 9th of June

Hey ladies questions, im a little confused, on January 13-15 I was spotting pink and cramping. Since then I had cramping a lot of discharge, headaches , my period was suppose to come on February 4, it never showed up took pregnancy test and they are negative. Decided to take ovulation test yesterday and today and they are super dark.! I’ve been cramping discharge, feeling tired . Just no heavy fullness of breast. Idk if I ovulated again with no period. But the symptoms been going for 3 weeks

I am 4 days late now and AF still hasn't showed. Still negative tests. I'm starting to think I'm not gonna start. It's weird because I have my periods every month. I've been cramping but still no period. My partners mom missed her period and negative test with him so should I go get some blood work done?
