Lower abdominal pain pregnancy early how to manage it?

12 weeks experiencing severe abdominal and back pain. Turns out to be really big fibroids. Has anyone dealt with this? How do you manage the pain and what is the likelihood of the baby being affected or miscarriage?

So I have been having lower back pain and lower abdominal pain. Finally went to the ER and before I went I went to my dr and just did a hcg blood test. Got those results today at it was 961. That was taking Monday morning at 9am. ER hcg test was taking this morning at 1am and came back 1154 But the ultra sound just had a sac. Dr said it could be nonviable pregnancy or I’m just too early. Anyone’s numbers like this and their baby was ok?
