Is lower abdomen sharp pain a pregnancy symptom?

Feeling sharp pains in the top part of my baby-bump and Whenever I urinate, my lower abdomen gets a sharp dull pain that leaves me feeling like ima fall over and yelling ouch.. should i be concerned?
