Lower abdomen and back pain pregnancy is this a sign of pregnancy?

Hi so I’m 23 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my girl and have been experiencing some lower back and lower abdomen pain it’s now lasted 5 days and gets worse over time is this normal has anyone else experienced this
