How to tell if your period is coming soon?

When and how did you guys tell your employers/ coworkers? I told my immediate manager but Im starting to get a bump and as i’m a manager I know my crew will start to question it soon. Not sure if it’s better to tell them or wait for them to question it. I just don’t know how to tell them. I feel like it’s weird to just randomly come out and say it but I don’t want it to be a big deal.

I’m not sure if I’m pregnant yet because it’s too soon to tell. My last period was October 5th. I had unprotected sex 3 days in a row leading up to ovulation and I feel cramping but it’s not time for my period. Do this mean anything?
