my baby seems to be lying sideways in the womb which is transverse.. are there any complications to that and would that make my baby considered breach when it comes to labor..?

Saw baby today, she’s still in breech (head up) position. I know my ob told me not to worry because o still have time for her to turn the right way but can those of you that got ur baby to turn tell me how?
