How soon can you tell if you are pregnant or not with pregnancy blood test?

I have my first appointment with my obgyn Nov 21st. What all happened for you guys during your first prenatal appointment ? did they do an ultrasound to measure how far along you are or just a bunch of questions and confirming pregnancy with blood test?

How can you tell if you baby has dropped if you have carried low your whole pregnancy?

Ok I’m having twins and I was wondering can they tell you both of the sex from the blood test or just one?

Ok question, how early can you find out what your having? Someone told me you can find out as soon as 9 weeks? Through blood test? True or false? With my other 3 girls I had to wait until I was 26 weeks..

Just wanted to share because I'm not sure everyone knows this. If you are pregnant with your second child (does not effect first time pregnancies) and you experience any bleeding and you have a NEGATIVE blood type, call your doctor and tell them. I am 6 weeks pregnant with my 4th and had to get a shot of Rhogam due to bleeding and my negative blood type. I can't give scientific reasons why this is but please research it if you are experiencing this. #

I can't tell if these are mood swings mental disorder or postpartum. How soon dose that start? I'm only 8 weeks 9 tomorrow.
