30 weeks as a first time mom with a girl 💕, how do I tell if I’m dropping? im due April 20th 🥺

i went to my family doctor they did a pregnancy test. it came back with a faint line, they did blood work and it came back negative could i still be to early to tell if i am pregnant mommas i need help im worried to death i still haven’t started my period im 4 days late
