Highly suggest - it definitely helps keep track for sure. I used the easyovulation test. Premom has an app for it

I definitely recommend it! I just went by the app but this month I actually tested ovulation and found I ovulate a week later than what the app says which my husband and I usually weren’t baby dancing then because I thought I had already ovulated!
