How long until you know you re pregnant without taking pregnancy test?

So this how it feels , when you’re in the final days , anxious, over it , ready .inpatient.. I give birth next Thursday (schedule C-SECTION) nd it feels like it’s taking sooooooooo….. LONG 😒😒😞😞😔🥺

Here’s my story.. My name is Brittany & I struggle with PCOS. I got pregnant in 2016 when I was 26. Spotted my whole pregnancy, they put me on progesterone & bed rest. 11wks&3d the ultrasound lady didn’t hear a heartbeat. I wanted a second opinion, so I went and got one. Second opinion confirmed I had lost my baby. The first person that told me scheduled a D&C out 4 days later. The second opinion high risk OBGYN said no, you come first thing in the morning! I did just that, he took my baby and all the tissue out. Told my friend when he got done that had I waited until the first appointment, I would have died. It was a tubal (ectopic) pregnancy. 7 years later, I am now 33, will be 34 in 4 days.. I got pregnant again. Didn’t post it this time for the world to know. Only told those close to me. Everything seemed to be going fine.. started bleeding really bad and seen my baby coming out in the toilet, I think I was 5/6 weeks.. didn’t make it to my first ultrasound appointment that I had scheduled. When I went to my first ultrasound appointment, I told them, “well, instead of getting an ultrasound to see my baby. I am letting you know I lost my baby.” This happened May of this year, 2023. For the second time I was distraught, sad, hopeless 😔 I scheduled a D&C this second time around after my HCG levels were still not going down quick enough after my baby passed through.. the midwife this time said she is gonna do whatever it takes to help me conceive and carry full term the next time I get pregnant. I go September 15th for fasting labs to finally get my body on track. Those of you in my situation KNOW this pain. This fear.. I have wanted to be a mom for a longggggg time. It absolutely breaks my heart to the fullest. Being the oldest and the only girl to both of my parents, having them both their first grand baby meant everything to me. That didn’t happen. I have 2 nieces, 3 nephews & a niece or nephew on the way. My parents understand, that’s great, yes. But they don’t understand how special it was to me, the oldest, to be the first to have children. God knows I’ll be a good mom, I know I’ll be a good mom. Everyone close to me knows I’ll be a good mom.. so when is it my turn? I hope soon. This will be something that would make me the happiest woman alive. I would do anything to get my rainbow baby. One day, it’ll be my time. Until then, I can only hope & pray. I’m 5 days late, but I’m scare on taking a test because I don’t want to get disappointed. I been having stomach cramps, tired and a lot of mucus. But I been late a month before and wasn’t pregnant I just don’t want to get disappointed. how long should I wait until I take a pregnancy test?

Before you got pregnant and there was someone you know that was pregnant you thought they pregnancy went so fast. But for me it feels like this pregnancy is taking so long lol my sister had 3 kids and all her pregnancies felt like they went so fast but to me this is my first pregnancy and it feels so slow
